The Happy Scoop is a fun mystery experience where each bead represents a real item added to your order. Each scoop includes 18–24 beads + 1 capsule gift, guaranteeing 20 total items. Every scoop is unique and filled with cute, aesthetic, and useful products.
🌸 2. What does the Mini Scoop include?
The Mini Scoop comes with 6–10 beads, which means 6–10 items. It’s perfect for first-time customers, small gifts, or anyone wanting to try the experience.
💎 3. What is the Jewelry Scoop?
The Jewelry Scoop includes 10 jewelry bags plus 3–5 prize bags, for a total of 13–15 pieces. Items may include rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces — all curated for quality and aesthetic style.

Each bead = 1 real item.
Example:
If your Happy Scoop pulls 20 beads → you receive 20 products.

All scoops are prepared following a strict process to ensure accuracy.
If you purchase the Order Video Add-On, your entire scoop is recorded so you can see exactly what you received.
💗 7. Can I get a personalized video of my order?
Yes! For $5, we record your scoop from start to finish and show every bead and item selected.
🎁 8. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Cute gift wrapping is available as an add-on for $3.

🌍 10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only to Puerto Rico and the continental United States.

Due to the mystery nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it.

🌸16. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
No
A. Can I request specific items or colors?
A: You can leave preferences in the order notes (e.g., favorite colors or items you don’t want), and we’ll do our best — but no guarantees. It’s a mystery after all!
B. Can I return or exchange my Mystery Box?
A: All sales are final. Because each scoop is a surprise and made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
C. What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS (US) or Wide Island ( PR). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
D. Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that, all orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled.
E. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses.
